It started when the finance, retail, hospitality, financial and business consulting, and small business were experiencing a crisis and needed staffing. For the past 5 years, the company has seen a stupendous growth of 200% and the list of satisfied clients is never-ending. Owned and led by women, our work is also recognized with the certification of ‘Minority and Women-owned business enterprise’

FOUNDERS
Mrs. Ria Kalra (Co-Founder, COO)
A resourceful and persistent worker who knows how to churn out quality work consistently. The concept of Han staffing came to life after noticing the need of recruiting in prevailing sectors. A from Punjab University with a Bachelors and Honours degree in Economics – started her career as a Business Development Manager. Her hard work and problem-solving qualities put her on the fast track towards growth and recognition.
Mrs. Megha Pandey (Co-Founder, CMO)
The other pillar of Han Staffing believes that success is equal to a happy client. A sales and marketing veteran, Mrs. Megha Pandey studied at the Institute of Hotel Management Catering/Nutrition and completed her BSc in Hospitality/Administration/Management. She initially began in the hotel industry as a Sales executive but soon understood and studied the need for recruitment agencies. Ria and Megha crossed paths and worked towards addressing recruitment needs from clients and customers.
